We have had the pleasure of working with B&Y Real Estate Group with the sale of our house in San Diego in 2005.

I would characterize the experience as being optimistic through and exceeded expectations. Jim and Francisco provided a marketing strategy that was followed with expert ability. We were provided suggestions for cost effective and timely upgrades in order to give the house the best possible showing. Marketing was well strategized and appropriate for the sale of the house with communication lines always open. Buying a Spanish style home in Southern California was a successful endeavor for us. Living in London, we had done our research over the net with a clear understanding that we faced not only a highly competitive housing market, but also a myriad of real-estate brokers. And they all seemed great on paper, with all too similar professional claims....

But what sets Francisco Yescas apart is the powerful combination of service, attitude and personal qualities. Below is a brief description of those outstanding areas in no particular order - these build on top of the more traditional ones, e.g. local knowledge, access to properties, and broker experience.

Agent as a Listener - unlike other broker experiences we had in the past, we noticed that Francisco was always focused in actively listening to our famly needs.

Access and Responsiveness - service is taken to a higher level via access to various internet technologies, as we had to put offers together from a range of locations such as Milan and Hong Kong.

Calm Determination and Stamina - our house hunting 'project' spanned nine months, given us ample time to witness Francisco's confidence in dealing with unexpected issues as they arose. Francisco never acted as if the deal was complete until all papers were passed; he kept calm but determined throughout the entire process.

Code of Conduct- a critical aspect for us, given the times we live and the sums of money involved. We have observed Francisco's integrity and ethics behavior- diffult to explain ini words, you just have to experience it....

And last but not least, Spanish - Francisco easily bridges between English and Spanish, often bringing cultural elements and humor to the table. This helped us through the lengthy process and certainly made us feel at home...
